MERGERS & ACQUISITION LAW
The successful execution of mergers and acquisitions, whether sell-side or buy-side, requires lawyers who understand your businesses and markets, the risks associated with your sector and how they can be mitigated in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner.
Many of our team have bought and sold their own businesses, and have practical, hands-on experiences of what it is like to be on the client side of the transaction.
As a seller, buyer, financial investor or a company’s management team, we understand all aspects of your transaction. We are structured and trained according to the industries our clients operate in.
We cover areas such as M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, PFI, outsourcing, group restructurings and privatisations. This allows us to pinpoint your real commercial issues and risks, and provide you with relevant commercial advice in context, saving you time and money.
Whatever your size, whether you are a large publicly listed company or a small privately owned business, we can deliver a tailored, commercial, cost-effective solution for you.
