OUR EXPERIENCE

Assisted Curragh Coal Mine in development of industrial relations strategy.

Prepared various employment (full-time, part-time, and casual employees) and contractor agreements for business in various industries hoping to engage prospective employees at various levels of experience and requiring unique terms to be contained in their respective agreements.

Acted in a bakery / café business lease multiple employee dismissal matter. Employees underpaid and not paid entitlements matter.

Undertook an audit of compliance of a nationwide company with applicable employee awards over a 5-year audit period. This included assistance in correction where non-compliance occurred, including State Payroll tax, income tax, and Fair Work Commission issues.

Negotiation and drafting of enterprise bargaining agreements for numerous clients.
