GOVERNMENT SERVICES
Our team members have acted for many years for State and Local levels of Government throughout Australia as well as for the Department of Defence.
Emma has historically acted on behalf of Local Government Authorities in all aspects of their legal requirements including commercial and property requirements, CCC investigation processes and local government law.
Darren has acted for State Governments and Local Councils in relation to regulatory issues and native title matters.
Our team has also acted for many Government Owned Corporations, such as Ausgrid in relation to development of new projects, Stanwell in relation to the development of a coking plant next to the Stanwell Power Station on Stanwell land and CS Energy in relation to development of the Callide E power station.
We are well aware of the issues that are relevant to Government and Government Owned Corporations and how those issues differ from issues that are relevant to privately owned businesses.
