Darren specialises in Corporate, Securities, and Energy & Resources Law. Darren has 25 years’ experience across all major industries in mergers and acquisitions (private and public), project development and project structuring, capital raisings (listed and unlisted), corporate structuring and restructures, international and cross-border transactions, corporate governance, directors’ duties and general corporate and commercial advice.
Darren holds direct equity interests in crypto-mining and is actively involved in the Digital Economy.
Prior to joining Salerno Law, Darren was a partner with Australian law firm Clayton Utz, then International law firm Baker McKenzie.
